Who we are
CrudeSignal (“we”, “us”) provides oil-market decision-support content by subscription. You can reach us at support@crudesignal.com.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address, used to sign you in via one-time magic links and to deliver the morning briefing you opt into.
- Usage data: basic, aggregated information about how the product is used, to keep it running and improve it.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details. On mobile, subscriptions may be processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their terms.
How we use it
To authenticate you, deliver the service and briefings you request, process payments, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your personal data.
Service providers
We share data only as needed with providers who operate the service on our behalf — for example Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider, and our cloud hosting provider.
Your choices
You can opt out of the morning-briefing email at any time from your account page, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@crudesignal.com.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, communicated by email.
